Sage & Sol—The Alchemist’s Pantry was born In the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming…

Inspired by traditional food ways and the rhythms of the seasons, we embrace small-batch production, sustainability, and mindful craftsmanship—honoring every ingredient from harvest to table.

More than a kitchen, Sage & Sol is a place of learning, gathering, and Collaborative Sharing. We believe every meal tells a story, every recipe carries tradition, and every shared moment around the table is an opportunity to bring the individual into a larger Whole.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture, small businesses, and food made with intention.

…birthed from the belief that good food has the power to nourish people, strengthen community, and deepen our connection to the land and each other.

Rooted in the tetons’ seasonal harvests, we create handcrafted Artisan foods, and thoughtfully curated experiences for locals, visitors, and everyone in between.

Meet our Team

Grace Lutz

Meet Grace, our resident chef and founder of sage & Sol

For Grace, food has always been about people and the Journeys that connect them.

Grace’s culinary journey has taken her from the kitchens of JAckson, Wyoming to countries around the world including Germany, Mexico, Guatemala, Thailand and Cambodia, where she sought opportunities to learn not just techniques, but the traditions and cultures that give food its meaning.

International Kitchens exposed Grace to a plethora of knowledge, ingredients and guidance from chefs of various backgrounds. each experience deepened her belief that the best meals honor both heritage and community.

Back home in Jackson Hole, Grace has spent nearly four years cooking in one of the region's premier fine dining restaurants, the Snake River Grill, while also teaching culinary arts as an adjunct instructor. Those experiences refined her technical skills, but they also reinforced what she values most: sharing knowledge, celebrating local ingredients, and creating meaningful experiences around the table.

That philosophy became Sage & Sol.

Through intimate dinners, catering, seasonal markets, and handcrafted pantry goods, Grace strives to highlight the abundance of the Mountain West while drawing inspiration from culinary traditions around the world.

Throughout her career Grace has woven sustainability into every part of her work—This has spanned from sourcing local ingredients to Implementing waste reduction and composting programs.

She has also Helped Businesses like the snake river grill towards green licensing, through partnership with the Riverwind Foundation’s Sustainable Business Leaders Program. These experiences have all lent to supporting regional producers and encouraging a deeper connection between people and the food they eat.

Grace believes food is one of the most powerful ways we care for one another. Every loaf of bread, preserved harvest, shared meal, and thoughtfully prepared menu is an invitation to slow down, gather together, and experience the richness of Jackson Hole through its flavors.

Luke Stenger

Meet Luke, Our Resident Storyteller, Creative force, and Wine Professional.

Luke’s career has included celebrated destinations such as Jenny Lake Lodge, Jackson Lake Lodge, and nearly a decade with the Snake River Grill. Over time, he’s developed a reputation for sharing the inspiration behind each course, guiding curated wine pairings,, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, engaged, and completely at home.

As Sage & Sol's Experience Curator, Luke orchestrates event details, ensuring every gathering unfolds with warmth, intention, and seamless hospitality. Beyond hospitality, Luke is an award-winning filmmaker, musician, Ordained Minister, and founder of Shadowrange Productions. His documentary and narrative films as well as his music, are inspired by the landscapes and communities of the American West, all rooted in a simple belief: storytelling is one of humanity's oldest forms of connection- a philosophy that naturally carries into the way he welcomes guests around the table.

Whether orchestrating an unforgettable evening, officiating a Wedding Ceremony, or capturing a subject through film, Luke believes the finest hospitality is never just about what is served—it's about how people feel long after the experience has ended.

Our Story

Sage & Sol was born from a shared belief that the most powerful language of connection is found through ritual, shared experiences, and the moments we create together.

Grace and Luke bring together two unique perspectives: the craft of the kitchen and the art of creativity in motion. Grace’s culinary journey is rooted in local harvests, global traditions, and a deep respect for quality ingredients, while Luke contributes decades of hospitality, wine expertise, and a lifelong devotion to storytelling and creative expression.

Together, they believe the most meaningful moments in life happen when we have the opportunity to slow down, connect, and celebrate the beauty found in simple things.

Inspired by their home in Jackson Hole and their shared curiosity for the world, Grace and Luke create experiences that honor craftsmanship, sustainability, and the people behind every ingredient, bottle, and conversation. The Tetons serve as a reflection of the enduring nature of our humanity—a landscape shaped by time, resilience, and countless stories, reminding us of our connection to the land, to one another, and to the traditions that bring us together.

Through Sage & Sol, they invite guests to gather with intention, share in the stories that surround us, and rediscover the magic found in a thoughtfully prepared meal and a table shared among friends.
